Physicist, Research Leader, and Marathoner—advancing science through curiosity, technology, and endurance

I am Baktiyar Soltabayev, a physicist and research leader working at the intersection of nuclear physics, advanced materials, and next-generation sensor technologies. My research focuses on translating fundamental science into practical solutions for environmental monitoring, energy, agriculture, and intelligent sensing systems.

I lead interdisciplinary research, build international collaborations, and mentor young scientists. Beyond the laboratory, endurance sports shape the same principles I bring to science: discipline, resilience, and continuous progress.
